Zoya Minka and Zoya Richelle for stamping

I've been wanting a nude polish!  I got the Touch set from Zoya and they are all beautiful!

I am really loving Zoya Minka!

I stamped some bows with Zoya Richelle on top. Its suttle but I like it for a change.

This color reminds me of coffee with cream.

Monochrome Look Featuring Zoya Shelby, Zoya Jolene and Zoya Dana

I did this look today for a Monochrome Contest on one of the blogs I like to look at.

I used Zoya Shelby, Zoya Jolene and Zoya Dana.  I applied 2 coats of Zoya Shelby, then 2 coats of Zoya Dana in the V shape pattern and lastly 2 coats of Zoya Dana in a V shape pattern at the tips.  I did this just using the brush that came with the polishes.  Applied Zoya Armor for my topcoat.  I really like this.

Stamp Plate Storage

After seeing the Bundle Monster Storage for the stamp plates I decided to google DIY stamp plate storage.  I found this on a few websites and thought it was perfect!  I finished it today.  Supplies are simple.  I got a 1 1/2" binder, baseball card holders (the 9 holder size) and non slip cabinet liner. 

My daughter decorated a sheet for the front of the binder for me.

I also spent time stamping each plate into a notebook so we can look at it for reference when we are doing our nails.  If you do this I recommend just stamping on the front of the sheets and leaving the back blank.  If you do front and back it might show through. 

You simply cut the non slip liner to fit behind the stamp plate and slide it into the pocket with the plate.  It really does hold them in place.  I've tried to turn the binder over and none fell out. 

If you have the larger plates that are the larger sheet size you can place them in the pocket in the binder or you could buy the sheet protectors and do the same with the non slip liner.

I have many scratched plates...but won't ruin them anymore!

Just having fun trying something new on something old.

I saw this idea on Birchbox.  I thought i'd try it over the Zoya Zuza the bird ruined.  I applied some Zoya Freja over it and used the crumbled suran to lightly tap it off making a marble effect.  It came out interesting because it made it look dark green.  I put on some Northern Lights over it and then some Zoya Armor.  I think its neat.  I really want to try it how it was done on Birchbox.  They used a grey base and navy over it.

Zoya Zuza Swatches

Zoya Zuza is so pretty!  It reminds me of blue waters!  My silly bird ruined my index finger already....guess she doesn't like her nails done (I went to trim them and she took a big bite but only ruined my polish!)

Pin Drag with Zoya Rory, Zoya Trixie and Zoya Carly

I used the pointy tip of one of my dotting tools for this.  I painted a single layer of Zoya Trixie first and then striped Rory on one side, Trixie in the middle and Carly on the other side.  Went back and forth to drag the colors together.
